In my Colour Therapy sessions, for instance, we use art as a mirror to understand team dynamics. It’s a practical, non-intrusive way to break down communication barriers... often revealing more in 60 minutes than a standard seminar would in a full day. I believe that deep change happens when we stop talking and start doing. My workshops are built on the idea that healing and growth are simple, everyday practices, not complex theories. ### Why my approach works Instead of long, boring presentations, I focus on activity-based learning. Whether I am teaching a team how to use colour to decode emotions or guiding students through a journaling workshop, the goal is always the same: clarity. We strip away the corporate noise and focus on what really matters—your team's mental wellness, energy, and connection. ### What I offer - **Corporate Wellness:** I design seminars that address the real-world pressures of the workplace. We can focus on stress management, Vastu-based desk organisation for better focus, or structured mental health sessions that actually make people feel heard. - **Youth & Student Groups:** My journaling and art therapy workshops for kids and teens provide a safe, creative outlet.
