Whether I am leading a corporate team through a colour healing session or standing on a TEDx stage, the goal remains the same: to help you turn your fear into power. I bring this same focus to every workshop and talk I deliver, ensuring that you leave with tools you can actually use. My journey has not always been about the stage. There was a time when speaking felt impossible, but 26 years of practice, healing, and guidance have taught me that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. ### Speaking with Purpose My experience ranges from TEDx stages to intimate corporate seminars. When I speak, I do not just share facts. I share my lived experience. I talk about how we can break through fears, manage stress, and truly listen to one another. For corporate teams, like those I have worked with at L&T Realty, I design sessions that blend colour healing, Vastu, and mental health strategies to improve team dynamics and energy flow. ### Workshops for Growth I believe the most profound changes happen in small, hands-on settings. My Art of Journaling workshops for kids are a perfect example. We focus on emotional regulation, handwriting, and building confidence in a space that feels safe and creative. It is not about perfect writing. It is about expression. ### Recognition and Responsibility Awards like the Maharashtra Ratan Puraskar and the REX Karmaveer Chakra are honours I hold close. They serve as a reminder of the thousands of lives I have touched since moving to Mumbai in 2009. However, the true metric of my work is when you walk out of a session feeling a little lighter and more equipped to handle the life ahead.
