Whether it’s Anusha’s internationally certified training in Datura Style or the infectious energy of Shruti, Alexandra, and Gauri, we keep things real. We don’t just teach choreography; we focus on helping you find your own rhythm, whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned dancer. It’s all about feeling good in your skin. At Tarantismo, we believe the best teachers are the ones who stay students at heart. Our founders, Deepthi and Anusha, lead the pack, bringing nearly two decades of experience to every session. Anusha is the first certified Datura Style teacher in India and holds certifications in Dancecraft from Zoe Jakes, bringing world-class technical precision to our Bangalore and Delhi studios. But we aren't just about technical drills. We are a family. Our team—including Alexandra, Shruti, and Gauri—brings their own unique 'tadka' (spice) to the classes. Alexandra creates a space where movement feels like medicine, while Shruti and Gauri are masters at injecting high-energy drum solos and playful fusion into our routines. We don't do rigid, scary classrooms. You will find us giggling over a missed step just as often as we are nailing a complex isolation. Our instructors are trained to spot your individual strengths, offering tactile feedback to help you layer your shimmies correctly. We guide you through the basics of posture and core work in a way that feels natural, not forced. If you are looking for a place to learn belly dance in Bangalore or Delhi where you can be yourself, you are in the right place. ## About Tarantismo Creative Dance Company We are Deepthi and Anusha, and for nearly two decades, we’ve been building this dance family one shimmy at a time. We hire teachers who don't just know their technique, but who truly care about seeing you grow, laugh, and find joy in movement.
