In our Level 1 classes, we break everything down into manageable chunks—from basic muscle isolations to hip drops—so you are not just memorizing choreography, you are building a foundation that makes you feel strong and graceful from the very first session. ### What Happens in Level 1? Our beginner classes are designed to be a judgment-free zone. We focus on getting you comfortable with your body, teaching you the essential posture, core engagement, and footwork that form the building blocks of belly dance. You will spend time on technique drills—the repetitive movements that help build muscle memory—before putting them into simple, fun combinations. By the end of the course, you will not only know the moves but also understand how to connect with the rhythm. ### The Fusion Factor (Our Tadka) We believe dance should be as vibrant as you are. While we teach the foundations of Oriental belly dance, we also love adding our own 'tadka'—our unique fusion style. You might find yourself working on a routine that blends traditional belly dance with elements of Bollywood, Jazz, or Indian Classical. It keeps the energy high and ensures that every class feels fresh. ### Where You Can Find Us We offer both in-studio and online options to fit your lifestyle. You can join our in-person batches at premium studios across key neighborhoods including Indiranagar, Whitefield, Kothanur, and Bileshivale in Bangalore, or visit our Delhi locations in Saket and CR Park. For those who prefer the comfort of home, our live Zoom classes provide the same personalized feedback and community support as our studio sessions. Regardless of where you join, you are part of the Tarantismo family. ## About Tarantismo Creative Dance Company We are Deepthi and Anusha, and for 19 years, we have been building a space where dance is for everyone.
