Before a single wall is painted or a piece of marble is cut, you will see a photorealistic 3D rendering of your space. This isn't just for show—it aligns our vision with your expectations, ensuring the final reveal is exactly what you approved during the planning phase. Our portfolio is a reflection of a core belief: design should never be purely ornamental. Whether we are transforming a high-pressure commercial office or a private home, the objective is to create an environment that enhances how you live and work. ### Our Design Philosophy We avoid trends that fade. Instead, we gravitate toward timeless principles—like Japandi minimalism, where the functionality of Scandinavian design meets the organic warmth of Japanese aesthetics. In our commercial work, we prioritize biophilic elements, integrating natural light and greenery to turn static office environments into vibrant, productive spaces. ### The Process: From Blueprint to Reality We manage projects from bare, empty sites to move-in ready spaces. Our process relies on transparent, rigorous technical planning. When we design custom features—such as tinted mirror wall paneling or bespoke acoustic partitions—we provide exact sectional elevations and blueprints. This technical precision allows us to execute complex interiors, including plumbing-heavy retail salons or executive cabins, without compromising on quality or aesthetics. ### Why Partner With Us With 27 years of experience, we understand that a project's success is measured by both the finish and the timeline. We are obsessed with deadlines and site supervision. For instance, we have delivered luxury corporate office fit-outs in as little as three months. We handle the heavy lifting, the material sourcing, and the final styling so that the end result isn't just a space—it is a sanctuary built for memory and purpose. ## About Tanuja and Associates We are Tanuja and Associates. We believe that home and work environments shouldn't just look fancy; they should be places where you can slow down and actually live. We obsess over the small details, from hand-picked marble to custom wall textures, to ensure every space we touch feels personal and intentional.
