We structure these days to balance the intensity of PADI-certified scuba diving with the restorative calm of sunrise Hatha sessions. We handle the entry permits and travel logistics, so you just need to bring your mat and an open mind. 🧘‍♀️ ### Why Lakshadweep? Lakshadweep is where we go to strip away the noise of city life. This isn't just about ticking off a bucket list; it's about shifting your internal rhythm. We partner with local dive schools to ensure that whether you are getting your PADI certification or just want to snorkel, you are in safe, professional hands. ### The Daily Rhythm We practice traditional Hatha yoga—balancing the sun (Ha) and the moon (Ta) energy within you. * **Sunrise:** Mobilizing flows on the sand to wake up the spine and greet the ocean. * **Mid-day:** Diving into the deep blue or relaxing on island beaches. * **Sunset:** Restorative flows and meditation to settle the body after a day in the salt water. ### What’s Included We take care of the heavy lifting so you can fully disconnect. * **Full-board stay:** 5 nights in AC island cottages with fresh, local meals. * **Adventure:** PADI diving certification or fun dives, plus unlimited snorkeling access. * **Permits:** We manage all required entry permits for the islands. This is about community. We share meals under the stars, have honest conversations, and leave with a peace that actually sticks once you’re back in the city.
