It is a messy, rewarding journey of turning empty shells or dated rooms into spaces that actually feel like you. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Building a home starts from the ground up. That is where the real work happens. I do not just hand over a pretty render; I am on site, checking reinforcement and managing the chaos of contractors. It is rarely straightforward, but it is how we ensure your home is built to last, not just look good on a screen. ### Behind the Scenes of a Transformation People often see the finished home and assume it happened overnight. The truth is, a real transformation involves a lot of moving parts. Whether we are starting with a blank plot of land or gutting an old, builder-grade apartment, the process remains the same: we strip it back to the basics and build up from there. #### The Reality of Renovation My team at Tangram manages the heavy lifting, not just the aesthetic choices. We handle the civil modifications, the plumbing shifts, and the technical MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings that ensure your lights and appliances actually work where you want them to. If we need to move a wall to make the kitchen feel bigger or add a false ceiling to hide messy wiring, we do it. It gets loud and dusty, but that is the cost of getting it right. #### Collaboration is Key I treat design as a journey we go on together. You will find me balancing budgets, sorting out the best vendors for tiles or curtains, and making sure the site stays on track. I am there for the small stuff too, like choosing that one specific cushion or fixture that ties the room together. We do not copy Pinterest boards; we listen to your needs, look at the site context, and build a space that works for your daily routine. #### What to Expect * **Comprehensive Planning:** From structural engineering to facade design for villas, we cover the technical foundation. * **Turnkey Execution:** We manage the procurement and site supervision so you are not left coordinating ten different contractors. * **Honest Communication:** If a plan needs to change because of a site constraint, I will tell you. My goal is to build a home you actually want to live in, not just photograph. ## About Tangram I am Shraddha, and running Tangram is more like living in a storm of WhatsApp pings and site visits than a calm office job. I do not follow trends; I follow what makes your life easier, whether that is fixing a room layout or finally picking that perfect cushion. Let us make your space yours.
