I build workspaces where people actually want to show up—think bold graphics, cozy nooks, and zero boring beige. ## Photos and videos - ![The reception desk at YOUNION Office, where a concrete-finish desk with integrated lighting and herringbone wood floors create a modern and welcoming first impression.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/7f9976c6-672e-49ec-9581-d1ec6c9283bb) - ![The reception waiting area is brought to life with a bright orange sofa and colorful geometric graphics on the wall, immediately communicating the company's energetic and creative brand identity.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5b1f029f-7a27-4704-b8a1-2b5b3cab315c) - ![A wide view of the main huddle space, featuring the iconic red phone booth, colorful seating, and a large wall mural. If you’re looking to squeeze every square foot for productivity, we’ll do that, but I’ll also carve out the spots where your team actually connects, talks, and recharges. I don't believe in cookie-cutter offices. When I walk into a cold, empty shell, I don't see a layout—I see a culture waiting to be built. My approach to office interior design is hands-on and pretty relentless. Whether it’s the YOUNION office in Bengaluru or a compact startup hub, I start with the same question: how does your team move? ### The Anatomy of a Modern Office I love mixing textures that shouldn't work but do. Think about exposed industrial ceilings softened by acoustic baffles, or raw concrete reception desks contrasted with warm, herringbone wood floors. * **Collaborative Zones:** I prioritize these. A huddle room isn't just for meetings; it's for culture. Using bold wall graphics, comic-book art, or even vintage movie posters, we give these zones personality so they aren't just 'the meeting room.' * **Lighting That Matters:** I stay away from harsh, flat lighting. I use a mix of linear LEDs, track spots for art, and low-hanging pendants in break areas to create a sense of rhythm throughout the day. * **Zoning for Focus and Fun:** We need to balance the energy. I create quiet pods with acoustic glass for the deep work, and vibrant pantries for the noise. It’s all about zoning—giving people a choice in where they work. ### Why Startups Choose Me I’ve made mistakes, I’ve had projects go sideways, and I’ve learned exactly how to fix them. My clients appreciate that I don't hide the process. You’ll know when we’re dealing with HVAC modifications, wiring raceways, or partition glass installation. If you are tired of corporate monotony and want an office that reflects your brand’s actual vibe, let's talk. ## About Tangram I'm Shraddha, and I run Tangram like a bit of a storm—lots of WhatsApp pings and site visits.
