I believe in total transparency, so whether you are coming in for a simple haircut or a complex skin treatment, we explain every product and step involved before we even start. ### Why I Focus on Transparency I started Tangles 19 years ago because I noticed a gap in the market. Clients were often sold services they did not need, using products that were harmful in the long run. At my salons in Sector 47 and Sector 41, I do things differently. ### What You Can Expect * **Honest Advice:** I do not believe in over-selling. If your hair does not need a specific treatment, I will tell you. My goal is to ensure you understand what you are paying for. * **Safe Products:** We avoid cheap, harsh chemicals. If a product contains formaldehyde or other harmful ingredients, we simply do not use it. * **Qualified Team:** My staff is trained to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. You will see this in the way we handle our tools and maintain our workspace. * **Community Focused:** From our daily salon operations to our health awareness events, we want to be a helpful part of the Gurgaon community, not just another business. Whether you are looking for a Hydra facial, a precision haircut, or honest advice on hair smoothing, come in for a consultation. I will make sure you understand exactly what results you can expect for your specific hair and skin type. ## About Tangles Salon I’m Sandeep, the owner of Tangles Salon. After nearly two decades in the business, my approach remains the same: I explain exactly what is going into your hair or on your skin. No hidden costs, just honest work.
