Our approach to global cuisine is rooted in the precision I learned during my time at ITC kitchens. We handle international menus by treating them as distinct experiences rather than mere food items. For our Asian stations, we utilize authentic bamboo steamers and live teppanyaki grills to serve fresh sushi and dim sum. This provides a visual element that traditional catering often lacks. For Italian and Mediterranean requests, we prioritize authentic ingredients, offering live pasta assembly that ensures the texture remains perfect for your guests. We manage the logistical side of these menus by assigning specific chefs to each live station. This ensures a 1:12 staff-to-guest ratio, allowing for a smooth flow even with complex, multi-cuisine requirements. We source fresh, seasonal produce to maintain the authenticity of the flavors, whether it is for a corporate launch in Delhi or a destination wedding.
