For me, *josh kam nahi hona chahiye* (energy should never drop) is the only rule. I make sure your team day-out or office party is packed with real connection, laughter, and those moments that everyone remembers. ### What I Do - I run interactive team bonding activities that actually get people talking, moving, and working together. No awkward icebreakers, just fun games and challenges that build trust and spark new ideas. - My motivational sessions for employees are all about giving your team a fresh boost. I keep things light, real, and focused on growth. - As a high-energy corporate event host, I don’t just make announcements. I keep the vibe up, manage the crowd, and make sure everyone’s involved. I switch between English and Kannada so everyone feels included, especially in Bangalore. ### The Extra Touch - I mix in magic, juggling, and ventriloquism for a showman experience. It’s not just about learning or team building, but also about those *chappale joragi* (clap loudly) moments. - I’ve worked with teams at TATA Communications, Nasdaq, Raymond, and more. My style fits team offsites, family days, office parties, and even brand events. Based in Bangalore, I travel to your venue. For big events, I can bring in a full carnival crew—think stilt walkers, unicyclists, mirror men. If you want your team to actually have fun, I’m your guy. ## Highlights Browse through Uday Kanathur's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/talentworlduday/corporate-engagement-team-building/featured) - ![This is what true team spirit looks like. Simple - passion, boss! Eight years ago, I just jumped in. Used to teach juggling to anyone who’d listen, kids, adults, random folks at parks. Watching faces light up, that’s my real trick. Then came voice illusions, ventriloquism, emceeing. Got a national award for my double voice act - horse and aeroplane together, ha! I just love creating moments, spreading josh. 'Talk and grow', that’s my mantra. ### My work - **All-in-one event entertainer**: I do juggling, magic, ventriloquism, double voice illusionist acts, emceeing and more. Talentworld brings extra artists too. - **Shows for any crowd**: Kids birthdays, family get-togethers, corporate events, carnivals - I bring energy to all, no event too small. - **Full-on interactive fun**: Nobody just sits quietly! I pull everyone in, games for adults, magic for kids, all with that Kannada-English stage show style. ## More services from Uday Kanathur - [Variety & Magic Shows](https://mytribe.in/talentworlduday/variety-magic-shows) · ₹6-16K per show (estimate) - [Event Planning & Artist Management](https://mytribe.in/talentworlduday/event-planning-artist-management) · ₹9-17.5K per event (estimate) - [Event Hosting & Emcee Services](https://mytribe.in/talentworlduday/event-hosting-emcee-services) · ₹8-22K per event (estimate) ## Book To book Uday Kanathur, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Corporate%20Engagement%20%26%20Team%20Building%20by%20Uday%20Kanathur.)
