Whether you are dropping in for a quick grooming session or need a safe, cage-free space for your pup to socialize while you grab a coffee, our community values the peace of mind that comes from knowing their pets are genuinely loved and watched over. Building this space in Sector 31 wasn't just about offering services; it was about creating a community. When you read these stories, you will notice a common theme—parents coming in, often from as far as Golf Course Road, because they were looking for a place that didn't feel like a sterile clinic or a commercial kennel. ### Why Our Community Trusts Us * **The 'Safe' Factor:** We know how stressful it is to leave your pet, even for a few hours. Whether it’s boarding or daycare, we prioritize cage-free comfort. Many parents mention that their pups, who might be shy or anxious elsewhere, actually enjoy playing with our pack here. * **The Coffee-Grooming Balance:** It’s rare to find a place where you can get a professional grooming session done while you relax with a coffee, but that’s exactly why we exist. Our visitors appreciate that they don’t have to waste time in a waiting area—they can work, chat, or just chill while their pet gets pampered. * **Real Connections:** Seeing pets make friends is the best part of our day. From those who were initially pet-phobic to regular visitors who have become part of our extended family, every review you see is a story of a bond being formed. We don't aim to be the biggest centre, but we do aim to be the one where you feel like you belong. If you are still on the fence, come over with your pet. Grab a latte, let them sniff around, and see for yourself why our hooman family keeps growing. ## About Tails & Coffee We started Tails & Coffee because we believe pets are family, not just customers. This space is built on the love we see between pets and their humans, and our community is proof that that bond is everything.
