We are deeply committed to supporting the Gurugram pet community, from providing emergency shelter for our armed forces to keeping local strays safe during festivals. ## Photos and videos - ![We stand with our community, especially those who serve our country. Whether it is providing free shelter to the pets of our brave armed forces during times of conflict or sharing practical guides on using gentle pet wipes to protect street animals during Holi, our doors in Sector 31 are always open for those who need a helping hand. Our mission is simple: pets are family. When we opened our doors in Gurugram, we decided that our responsibility extends beyond just grooming and boarding. We are a part of the neighborhood, and that means looking out for everyone, especially the animals who don't have a voice. ### Festival Safety for Every Pet Festivals like Holi are joyous for us but can be terrifying and harmful for animals due to chemical colors and loud noises. We actively campaign for pet safety by teaching owners how to groom their pets responsibly using non-toxic products and how to shield strays from harm. ### Supporting Our Heroes We are proud to stand with the families of our Indian Armed Forces. When duty calls and families face uncertainty, we offer a safe, cage-free environment for their pets. We ensure they get the same love, nutrition, and attention they would receive at home, giving their parents peace of mind while they serve the nation. ### How We Give Back * **Stray Protection:** We provide basic grooming tips and advice on how to protect local street dogs from festival colors and winter chills. * **Emergency Shelter:** We provide priority boarding and care for pets belonging to armed forces families in times of crisis. * **Community Education:** We frequently host workshops at our center to discuss responsible adoption, first aid, and general pet wellbeing. If you have a pet and want to learn more about keeping them safe or wish to join our community, drop by our center in Sector 31. We are always happy to chat. ## About Tails & Coffee At Tails & Coffee, we have built more than a center—we have built a family. We pour our hearts into everything we do, whether that is hosting a birthday party or ensuring stray animals are protected during festival chaos, because we believe every pet deserves a safe, happy life.
