Pet parents tell us that the combination of our gentle, low-stress environment and the option for them to relax in our cafe makes a huge difference for pets who are usually anxious about grooming. We started Tails of the City because we wanted a space where our own pets felt safe and spoiled, not just cleaned. It’s why we focus so much on the little details that parents notice, like the gentle handling during a tick bath or the extra care we take with a blueberry facial. ### Why Bengaluru Pet Parents Choose Us - **Stress-Free Environment:** As Sumedha noted when bringing in her foster cat, Kimchi, feeling 'instantly safe' is the priority. Our space is designed to be quiet and calm to prevent that usual grooming-day panic. - **Attention to Detail:** From the specific finishing bows that Poornima loved on her pet, Brownie, to the careful teeth brushing and ear cleaning, we treat every pet as an individual. We don't rush the process, which is why we’re a favourite for breeds like Corgis and Shih Tzus. - **A Place for You Too:** We know you worry while your pet is in the back. Our pet-friendly cafe allows you to work or grab a coffee nearby, keeping you close while letting your pet have their spa moment in peace. Whether you are a first-time pup parent or managing a senior cat with specific needs, we are here to listen. Our team is trained to handle pets with patience, ensuring that a 'spa day' actually feels like a holiday for them, not a chore. ## About Tails of the City We are the team behind Tails of the City. We started this because we wanted a place where our own furbabies felt pampered and safe, not just groomed. Every pet that walks through our door gets treated like family.
