My studio uses professional-grade EVA mats because when we practice throws or ground defense, I want you focused on your technique, not the hardness of the floor. It is about creating an environment where you can train hard without the fear of injury. This is my dojang in Malad West. It is fully climate-controlled with high-impact EVA matting to support joint health during throws, takedowns, and ground defense drills. We keep it simple because training is about focus, not distractions. We have everything required for high-intensity work: agility ladders for footwork, resistance bands for power, and punching bags for striking drills. Whether you are here for competitive Taekwondo or practical self-defense, the setup is designed to mirror real-world demands. Discipline starts the moment you step on the mats. This space is meant for those who are ready to listen, learn, and sweat. If you are serious about improving your strength, flexibility, and awareness, come ready to work. ## About Sachin Kumar I am Sachin Kumar, a 4th Dan Black Belt. I do not believe in fancy gyms with mirrors just to look at yourself. This studio is a space for serious training, where we focus on technique, mental fitness, and real self-defense skills.
