Whether you are a therapist, a teacher, or someone looking to start a new journey, you will spend these 63 contact hours actually leading real groups, not just sitting in a classroom. We focus on the 'how'—reading a room, managing energy, and using rhythm to connect people—so you can leave here and start your own circles immediately. ### From Skill to Facilitation Many who join us are already good at rhythm, but facilitating a group is a completely different game. It is about holding space, empathy, and knowing when to guide and when to step back. Our 'Find Your Inner Rhythm' (FYIR) program is designed to bridge that gap. ### What Our Graduates Carry Forward When you speak to our alumni—like Kavitha, a psychologist from Bangalore, or Sushil, who came in with existing experience—you will notice a common theme: the course is a deep dive. It is not a surface-level workshop. You get: * **63 Contact Hours:** A mix of theory and heavy-duty practice. * **Real-Time Leadership:** You are not just practicing on classmates; you are facilitating real groups under supervision. * **Practical Tools:** From body language and vocal cues to audience management, these are skills you can apply the day after the course ends. ### Why It Works We believe in the legacy of Mamady Keïta, which means we do not rush the process. We operate out of Artsphere in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, but our tribe is nationwide. Whether you want to integrate drumming into your existing therapy practice or you are looking to start fresh as a professional facilitator, you will walk away with a roadmap, not just a certificate. This is about building a community of people who use rhythm to heal and connect. If you have been on the fence, let our graduates' stories be the nudge you need. Intent always beats experience here. ## About Taal Inc I’m Varun, and I built Taal Inc. because I’ve seen firsthand how rhythm breaks barriers.
