When you see someone like Aman leading a session, you will notice they aren't just standing on a stage, they are in the crowd, picking up on the energy, adjusting the pace, and ensuring every single participant feels confident enough to contribute to the rhythm. ### Meet the Facilitators At the core of Taal Inc. is our commitment to facilitation. We believe that drumming is a universal language, but it requires a human touch to unlock it for a group of strangers or a team of colleagues. Our facilitators, including Aman and the rest of our ensemble, go through our 'Find Your Inner Rhythm' training. This means they are equipped to handle diverse settings, from high-stress corporate boardrooms to lively family weddings. ### Performance & Interaction You might have seen us on stage at events like Mumbai Drum Day. While we love performing, our primary focus for your event is interactive engagement. We combine the energy of our performance ensemble with the practical skill of drum circle facilitation. This ensures that whether we are performing a high-energy set or leading a 30-person corporate team-building activity, the focus remains on the participants having a blast. ### Our Approach to Your Event - **Inclusive Rhythms:** We use traditional West African djembe rhythms that are simple to learn but sound complex when played together. - **Adaptable Scaling:** Whether you have a small family group or a large corporate conference, our facilitators adjust the number of drums and the complexity of the session to fit your guest count and space. - **No Performance Anxiety:** We create an environment where the goal is 'Wassa Wassa' (Happy Happy), not musical perfection. Our team ensures that even the most hesitant guest feels comfortable picking up a djembe and joining in. If you are planning an event in Pune or across India, we bring the instruments, the experience, and the energy to get everyone moving together. ## About Taal Inc I started Taal Inc because I believe drumming has the power to connect people in ways words cannot. My team and I, including passionate facilitators like Aman, live by the 'Wassa Wassa' philosophy, which simply means Happy Happy. We are here to help you find your inner rhythm, whether you are looking for a serious team-building session or just want to make some noise with us.
