Our 50m Olympic-sized outdoor pool is designed for endurance lap swimming, while the 25m covered indoor pool offers a temperature-controlled environment ideal for avoiding harsh weather. Both pools require a mandatory swim cap and a quick shower beforehand, and we strictly enforce lane discipline during busy hours to keep the training environment efficient for every swimmer. Choosing the right environment is critical to your swimming performance. At Swimsquare, we manage a facility in Anjanapura that caters to different training phases, ensuring that your workout is never compromised. ### Our Pool Specifications * **50m Olympic Outdoor Pool:** This is where our competitive athletes train. With 10 lanes open to the sky, it provides the space necessary for long-distance endurance training and sprint intervals. It is the preferred choice if you enjoy swimming outdoors or need the length of a full Olympic course. * **25m Indoor Short Course:** Covered by a steel truss roof, this pool is temperature-controlled to approximately 26°C. It is perfect for consistent morning or midday lap swimming, ensuring that rain or intense heat never interrupts your schedule. * **15m Kids' Pool:** We maintain a dedicated, shallower area for our younger swimmers. This space is designed for learning the basics in a safe, controlled setting with clear lane markings and safety dividers. ### Training Etiquette We operate a high-energy environment. During peak hours, we enforce circle swimming—moving in a counter-clockwise loop within your lane—to ensure everyone gets their workout done without unnecessary stoppages. A swimming cap and nylon or Lycra costume are mandatory for water hygiene. Please note that while locker rooms are provided, you must bring your own padlock and towel.
