This video gives you a glimpse of my personal connection to swimming and my commitment to sharing this skill with others.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/22267905-88b0-4ba8-aeb9-8d3a59cafb0c) ## About Meet Your Coach I believe that effective swimming instruction requires me to be in the water with you. Whether we are training at my partner pool in Chinchpokli or I am traveling to your residential facility, I will be right there beside you to guide your movements and correct your form in real time. My coaching philosophy is straightforward: I show you exactly how to execute a stroke, and I expect you to follow those steps so we can build your technique safely and effectively. Water has been a constant part of my life, from swimming in the open sea to coaching in pools across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. I founded Swim n Trim because I saw a need for honest, hands-on instruction. Many people struggle to learn because they feel rushed or unsafe. I change that by slowing the process down to ensure you are comfortable before we move to the next skill. My background is about accessibility. I work with young children who need gentle encouragement to get their faces wet, and I work with adults who are starting from scratch and need a calm guide. When you join my sessions, you get more than a teacher on the pool deck. I am in the water, manually correcting your posture and breathing mechanics. For those who want to push further, I provide advanced squad training focusing on speed, endurance, and competitive technique. I currently operate out of my partner facility in Chinchpokli and travel to private residential pools throughout Mumbai. If you are ready to stop watching and start swimming, let's get in the pool. ## About Swim n Trim I am Darshan, and I have been around water my entire life. I do not believe in overcomplicating things; I focus on simple, practical steps to get you swimming confidently. Whether it is your first time in a pool or you are training for competitive laps, I am right there in the water with you.
