When you join our academy, you are not just signing up for 24 sessions a month—you are becoming part of a community that cheers for your progress, whether you are 3 years old or 50 plus. We are not just a facility with a pool. Whether it is cutting a cake after practice or challenging a swimmer to push their limits on their birthday, these moments are what keep us grounded. My father, Raja Ram Tokas, built a legacy of coaching, and I am here to continue it by ensuring every swimmer feels seen. We train at Eicher School, Sector 46, Faridabad. Our sessions are 45 minutes of water time and 15 minutes of warm-up, designed to build strength and confidence. We keep our groups at a 1:10 to 1:12 ratio so everyone gets attention. Whether you are looking for competitive training to prep for state meets or just want your child to learn water safety, you are welcome here. Consistency is how we win. With our temperature-controlled 25m heated pool, we train 12 months a year, rain or shine. No off-season, just progress. Come by, and let's see how you feel in the water. ## About Jitender Tokas I am Dr. Jitender Tokas, and I started this academy because I wanted to create a place where grit matters more than talent. My father taught me that coaching is about heart, so that is exactly what I bring to the pool every day.
