Whether we are gearing up for the Delhi Open Talent Search or celebrating milestones with our community, these moments keep our motivation high. If you want to see how we build swimmers who actually love the water, have a look at how we support each other through training and events. At Swim For India Academy, we believe that swimming is a journey, not a destination. These updates are a reflection of that. When we count down the days to the Delhi Open Talent Search or Finswimming Championships, we are doing more than preparing for a race. We are teaching our students how to handle pressure, how to set goals, and how to stay focused when the nerves kick in. Our focus on events and community milestones is part of the 'grit' I talk about. For instance, when our training sessions go viral—like the video that hit 100,000 views—it is not about the numbers. It is about showing parents and students that swimming is possible even in the coldest Faridabad winters, thanks to our heated pool at Eicher School. We organize these events to bring people together. Whether you are a beginner taking your first dive or a competitive swimmer aiming for state-level glory, you are part of the process. We share these moments because we want you to know that when you join us, you are not just signing up for a class. You are joining a group that celebrates every stroke, every heart-healthy lap, and every personal victory. ## About Jitender Tokas I am Dr. Jitender Tokas. When I am not coaching at Eicher School, you will find me cheering for my students at these events. We are not just training athletes here, we are building a family that supports each other through every race and every cold morning in the pool.
