## About Swimming Event Management

### Why I Organize Swimming Events

Swimming for me isn’t just about winning medals. It’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and getting better every time. The real magic? *Jab koi apna best deta hai pool mein, bas wahi asli jeet hai.* (When someone gives their best in the pool, that’s the real win.)

### What My Events Offer

- I organize swimming competitions for all age groups and skill levels. From the youngest beginners to experienced masters, everyone finds a place.
- We run big events like the Delhi Open Talent Search—lots of talent, lots of energy—and smaller meets focused on young or new swimmers.
- Winter Inter-School meets even happen in heated pools, so the season never stops.

### How It Works

- All events are professional and fair, with categories for everyone: kids (5–17 years), college students, adults, and masters (up to 70+).
- I use electronic timing swimming competitions for accuracy, so every fraction of a second counts.
- Venues are top class, like Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool and Eicher School.

### The Experience

- Every swimmer gets a participation medal and certificate—*mehnat ki value hai yahan* (we value your effort here).
- Winners get medals, and record breakers get special trophies.
- Refreshments, good vibes, and a chance to be part of a big swimming community.

### Why Join

If you’re looking for age group swimming championships or inter-school swimming events India, you’ll find a challenge, recognition, and a place to grow here.

*Tairega India, Badhega India.* (If India swims, India will progress.)

## Meet your expert

[Jitender Tokas](https://mytribe.in/swim_for_india_academy)

### My story

Hey, I’m Coach Tokas. Swimming’s not just a job for me—it’s my world. Grew up poolside with my dad, Raja Ram Tokas, who’s been coaching longer than I’ve been alive. Started Swim For India Academy to build a real swim family. Medals are cool, but it’s the small moments—like a kid nailing her first underwater dolphin kick or those sweet thank-you notes—that keep me going. We celebrate together, laugh together, and yeah, birthdays happen right by the pool. Just keep swimming, that’s our mantra.

### My work

- **Swimming lessons for all ages**: We teach kids from 3 years old to adults up to 70+, from basics to advanced competitive training.
- **Summer camps & learn-to-swim classes**: Join our summer swim camp in Delhi or Faridabad, perfect for beginners and those wanting to level up.
- **Competitive training & technique**: We prep swimmers for state and national meets, including advanced butterfly stroke coaching and underwater dolphin kick lessons.
- **Coaching with heart**: It’s not about perfect swims—hum grit aur effort sikhate hain (we teach grit and effort). Real growth, real support.
- **Events & competitions**: We organize races and events, giving swimmers a chance to test limits and chase that thrill—bronze today, champions tomorrow.
