Whether we are perfecting your zero-breathing technique for those final crucial meters or analyzing your stroke in frame-by-frame video sessions, our Elite National Performance Squad is built to handle the pressure of competition. If you want to move from local meets to the national circuit, we focus on the race strategy and split times that actually win medals. ### Building Champions, Stroke by Stroke Success in the pool is not a coincidence. When you see our swimmers on the podium at Haryana State or CBSE National meets, you are seeing the result of a specific process. We don't just swim laps; we train with intent. #### Our Competitive Edge * **Technique over Volume:** We break down every stroke into phases. Our swimmers focus on efficiency, reducing drag, and maximizing power. You will see this in the results—our swimmers consistently smash their previous Personal Bests (PBs), often by 15 to 25 seconds. * **Strategic Racing:** Racing is 50% physical and 50% mental. We teach our swimmers how to pace themselves in events like the 400m and 800m Freestyle, and how to execute a 'zero-breathing' finish in a 50m sprint. * **Data-Driven Feedback:** We use poolside video capture to detect errors that the naked eye misses. By reviewing these clips with the swimmer, we fix form issues instantly. * **Mental Toughness:** Competition pressure is real. We train to stay calm. Whether you are 6 years old at your first Biathle event or 16 at the Nationals, the goal remains the same: show up, grit your teeth, and race. #### Join the Performance Squad Our Elite National Performance Squad is for swimmers who are ready to take the next step. Training includes 90-120 minute sessions, specialized finswimming drills, and personalized race planning. We train year-round at our heated pool in Eicher School, Faridabad, so the weather never disrupts your rhythm. If you are tired of plateauing and want to see what happens when you combine real effort with expert coaching, come join our lane. Let’s see what you’re capable of. ## About Jitender Tokas I'm Coach Tokas, and for me, success isn't about finding talent—it's about building it.
