Whether it’s nailing a 25m underwater dolphin kick for the first time or standing on the podium at a CBSE National meet, we celebrate every milestone. Success is earned through consistency, and our year-round heated pool ensures you never miss a stroke, no matter how cold it gets outside. Success at Swim For India Academy is built, not found. We focus on the journey, from the first tentative splash to competing at state and national levels. **Training Methodology** We believe in a holistic approach to swimming coaching in Faridabad. Our training goes beyond simple laps. We integrate: - **Technical Precision:** Video analysis for stroke correction, ensuring you maximize your efficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. - **Dry-Land Conditioning:** Our 'Akhara-style' sand pit workouts and bodyweight training build the ankle stability and leg power required for high-speed swimming. - **Year-Round Consistency:** With our pool heated to 29.5°C, training never stops, regardless of the season. **From Practice to Podium** Whether you are aiming for CBSE Zonal meets, Khelo India, or state-level championships, our coaching staff provides the roadmap. We don't just train bodies; we train minds to handle competition pressure through strategic pacing and race visualization. **The Swim Family** When you join our academy, you are part of a community. Seniors mentor juniors, parents cheer from the sidelines, and we celebrate every personal best as if it were a gold medal. It is about fostering a love for the water that lasts a lifetime. If you are ready to put in the work and join our lane, we are ready to coach you. ## About Jitender Tokas I’m Coach Tokas, and I believe success is built, not found.
