Whether it is my signature dry Gobhi Manchurian or spicy Chilli Chicken, you get that authentic, smoky, high-flame finish fresh from the wok, packed carefully so it stays crisp and hot when it reaches your door. When people ask what makes my Chinese different from the usual takeaway, I tell them it is simple: I cook for you exactly how I cook for my own family. There are no fancy restaurant tricks here, just plenty of garlic, fresh onions, bell peppers, and that smoky char that only comes from a properly heated wok. My Gobhi Manchurian has that perfect semi-dry coating that keeps it crisp even during delivery, and my Chilli Chicken uses fresh, juicy boneless pieces tossed in my own spice blend. I do not use heavy preservatives or MSG to cut corners, so you do not get that heavy, sluggish feeling after eating. It is honest, spicy, and satisfying. Whether you are hosting friends or just having a lazy evening craving something chatpata, I prepare everything fresh to order. If you have a specific spice preference or want to add extra veggies, just let me know when you place your order. I am operating out of my home in Sector 15, Gurgaon, so please give me a little heads-up so I can have your meal ready at its best. ## About Sweety's Kitchen I am Sweety, and my kitchen is all about that real, ghar-wala khaana you actually crave.
