Instead, our Dal Makhani is slow-cooked over hours until it’s creamy on its own, and our Aloo Gobhi gets its flavour from fresh ginger juliennes and authentic spices, just like you’d cook it in your own kitchen. ### Why Our Ghar Ka Khana Tastes Different It’s simple, we cook for you the same way we cook for our own family. If you have spent too much time eating oily restaurant food and missing the lightness of a home-cooked meal, you will taste the difference immediately. Our **Dal Makhani** is not a quick-fix recipe. We slow-simmer it until the texture is perfect, using real butter and cream, never compromising on the time it takes to get that authentic flavor. When it comes to our dry sabzis, like the **Amchoori Jeera Aloo** or **Aloo Gobhi Masala**, we avoid heavy gravies.
