We source fresh, seasonal Alphonso mangoes and berries to layer into our light, cold-set cheesecakes and sponge cakes, ensuring every bite feels like real fruit rather than an artificial extract. Our approach to fruit desserts is simple: we let the ingredients do the heavy lifting. Because we are based in Chembur and deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, we have access to some of the best seasonal produce available. We specialize in cold-set cheesecakes, which use a biscuit base and a lighter, fluffier cream cheese body compared to traditional baked versions. This technique works perfectly for fruit-heavy designs, as it keeps the texture cool and clean against the sweetness of fresh mango or berry compote. If you are planning an event, our mousse bowls are a fantastic alternative to standard cakes. These 1.5kg bowls serve 12 to 16 guests and can be layered with fruit glazes and shavings, offering a communal, scoopable dessert that works well for casual gatherings or family dinners. Whether you want a single fresh fruit cake for an intimate celebration or a bulk order of dessert boxes for a party, we treat every order with the same attention to detail. We are always experimenting with new ways to present fruit—sometimes carving mango roses or creating fresh raspberry swirls—so feel free to ask what is currently at its peak. We typically require a bit of notice to ensure your fruit is at the perfect stage of ripeness. ## About Sweet Passions We started Sweet Passions right here in Chembur because we were obsessed with the idea of baking things that actually taste like they came from a home kitchen.
