I don’t use mass-produced molds, so if you have a specific vision—like a forest theme, character, or custom color palette—I tailor the fondant work and icing details to that specific story. Because everything is made fresh in small batches, I need a little lead time to get the chocolate tempering and icing details just right for your event. ### Why Handmade Matters Making the perfect cakesicle is a game of patience and temperature control. I use premium Callebaut and Veliche chocolate for the outer shell to ensure that signature snap when you take the first bite. Inside, it’s not just a dry sponge; it is a rich blend of cake and ganache that stays moist, regardless of the design on the outside. ### Customization for Your Event - **Themed Dessert Tables:** Whether it is a Peter Rabbit birthday or an enchanted forest theme, I design each element to tie the table together. - **Return Gifts:** I individually seal these in cello bags with ribbons, making them easy to hand out as return favors for kids' parties or baby showers. - **Royal Icing Cookies:** My cookies aren't just for show. I use a butter shortbread base that tastes as good as it looks, topped with royal icing that holds detail beautifully. ### The Process Everything is baked fresh in my kitchen. When you order, I am not pulling these off a shelf. I am tempering chocolate, mixing colors for the fondant, and piping designs by hand. If you have a theme in mind, tell me the vibe, the colors, and the occasion. I love taking your quirks and turning them into edible art that makes your guests smile. ## About Zoya Mulla I’m the one behind these creations—a rebel who prefers messy aprons to corporate meetings.
