That’s why I don’t take shortcuts. Every baptism cake here is built on a ganache-sealed base to ensure the structure holds firm from the church ceremony to the final family photo. It’s about making sure your centerpiece looks just as perfect when it’s time to cut it as it did when it arrived. Creating cakes for baptisms, christenings, and First Holy Communions is close to my heart. These aren’t just parties; they are milestones rooted in faith. When I design these, I keep the aesthetics clean and reverent—think soft pastels, golden crosses, and delicate sugar flowers. ### Why My Approach is Different I don’t use molds for my figurines. Whether it’s a sleeping baby resting on clouds or a praying angel, I hand-sculpt every piece. This allows me to capture the expressions you actually want, rather than relying on generic, factory-made designs. ### The Practical Side * **Structural Integrity:** For multi-tiered cakes or elaborate chandelier designs, I use food-grade internal supports to keep everything steady, even in humid weather. * **Personal Touches:** I love including details like the baby’s birth time, date, or weight as part of the design. It makes the cake a keepsake. * **Ingredients & Taste:** My focus is on taste that feels like home. Expect gourmet flavors like Belgian Chocolate or Red Velvet, crafted with quality ingredients rather than preservatives. ### Serving Mumbai & Pune Whether your ceremony is in a local church in Vasai or a banquet hall across Mumbai, I ensure the cake is delivered securely. If you have a specific vision—maybe a replica of a gown or a family motif—let’s talk. I prefer working with fresh, quality ingredients, and I ask that you book well in advance so I can give your cake the focus and time it truly deserves. ## About Zoya Mulla I’m Zoya, the baker who ignores the 'log kya kahenge' talk to build something real.
