## About Our Joyful Group Sessions

You won’t find us standing on a stage with scores and judges. In our Dadar studio, we pull up chairs in a circle, project the lyrics on a screen, and simply jam. It is about breathing together, laughing through missed notes, and letting the stress of the week dissolve—exactly why most of our regulars come here after a long workday.

At Swarmaanas, I believe that gaana chaahiye (singing is a must). Many of my students start as what I call the '35% wale'—folks who have been told their voice isn't good enough or who feel too shy to sing out loud. My job is to strip away that judgment. We focus on 'bhaav' (expression) over technical perfection.

### What happens in our sessions?

Our group sessions are designed to be a safe, stress-free space. We don't just sing; we practice:

* **Breathing & Modulation:** Simple diaphragmatic breathing to build stamina and confidence.
* **Themed Jams:** From Bollywood karaoke hits like 'Moongda' to soulful bhajans and Marathi light music, we pick songs based on the season or festivals like Ganpati and Navratri.
* **Wellness Focus:** We integrate short sessions of Omkar or guided meditation to help you relax.

### Who is this for?

Whether you are a professional wanting to loosen up or someone who hasn't sung since school, you are welcome. We have regular sessions for ladies and mixed senior groups. There are no exams here and no pressure to be perfect. The only goal is to find your voice, build your confidence, and walk out of the studio feeling happier than when you walked in. If you are in Mumbai, come join us in Dadar and experience the joy of collective singing.

## About Swarmaanas

My name is Manasi Kelkar Tambe. My guru, Ashok Patki ji, taught me that emotion beats technical perfection every single time, so that is exactly what I teach. When you step into our studio, your only job is to be yourself and enjoy the music.
