60-minute session targeting migraine and stress relief using warm medicated oils, followed by steam and a sulphate-free wash.

Ammonia-free Henna and Indigo application requiring 90+ minutes of setting time to naturally cover greys and restore shine.

### Why I Started Swã

After coming back to Bangalore, I couldn't ignore how most salons were all about chemicals. Our grandmothers never needed all this, right? I wanted to bring back what’s ours—pure Ayurvedic hair care, no shortcuts. Hair should feel alive, not just look nice on the outside. *Yahin se Swã shuru hua* (That’s where Swã began).

### What My Rituals Feel Like

- Every session is slow, mindful, and made to help you switch off from the outside world.
- You get *shuddh* (pure) herbal scalp nourishment—no harsh stuff, just what your hair actually needs.
- My approach isn’t about quick fixes. I want you to leave lighter, calmer, and with hair that feels genuinely cared for.

### What I Offer

- **Therapeutic Head Massage:** Not your regular chumpy. I use oils with real herbs, working on headaches, dryness, and even those stress knots you can’t see. Most people say they walk out feeling “headache-free and chilled”.
- **Natural Hair Colour for Greys:** If you want to cover greys but don’t like chemicals or even regular henna, I’ve got a plant-based Ayurvedic colour. The process is slow, but your hair stays healthy, and you can just relax with some chai while it sets.
- **Chemical-Free Hair Spa:** Deep conditioning with Ayurvedic oils, gentle steam, and yes, that *Sambrani* (natural incense) smoke-dry at the end. The hair feels fresh, smells earthy, and you don’t walk out with that chemical shampoo headache.

### My story

Namaste, I’m Gayathri. Swã is my dream—where ‘self’ meets Ayurveda. After living abroad, I came back to Bangalore and saw every salon loaded with chemicals. Hamare ajja-ajji (our grandparents), they used haldi, methi, kitchen stuff, and their skin had holatana (shine) you don’t see now. I wanted a women-centric space, all Ayurvedic, no shortcuts. Some days, progress is slow, but seeing women from Italy to Dubai walk in for real care—makes me proud. Swã is my way of giving back. Come, experience this bliss.
