I personally train every member of my team, ensuring they understand not just the technique of a facial or massage, but the philosophy of Swã—patience, purity, and treating every client with the same care we would give our own family members. At Swã, we do not believe in quick fixes, and that starts with the people we hire. My staff is here to guide you through your journey toward better skin health, not just apply a product and move on. Because we specialize in traditional, manual treatments—like the Kumkumadi facial or Navara potli massage—it requires a specific kind of dedication that you cannot learn in a standard training course. When we hire, we look for that spark of genuine care and a willingness to learn the old ways. Over the past year, my team has grown together, handling everything from our signature Manjistha detox sessions to our newer evening services for men. We celebrate our milestones and awards not because of the trophies, but because they prove that our community in Jayanagar values this slow, steady, and chemical-free approach to beauty. Whether you are coming in for a consultation or a therapeutic massage, you are in hands that have been trained to listen to your skin and your body’s needs. We believe that if I take the risk of hiring them, I must take the responsibility for them. That creates a calm, happy environment, which I believe is the most important ingredient in any Ayurvedic treatment. ## About Swa I’m Gayathri, and I started Swã to create a space that feels like a home, not a clinical salon. My team shares this dream, and every smile you see on our floor is proof of our commitment to keeping Ayurveda real, pure, and accessible in Bangalore.
