When you walk in, you are not just a client; you are a guest in a space where every therapist is trained in traditional Ayurvedic protocols. We invest heavily in our people because I believe that when you take care of your staff, they take care of you. We do not have high turnover, which means you will see familiar, smiling faces who understand your skin and body needs every time you visit. Authenticity in Ayurveda isn't just about the oils; it is about the energy of the people delivering the therapy. That is why I personally oversee the training of every therapist who joins the Swã family. We work closely with time-tested institutions like B.V. Pundit's of Nanjangud to ensure our methods are rooted in real tradition, not just modern salon trends. ### Why Our Team Stands Out - **Deeply Trained:** Every therapist here understands the science of Doshas and how to customize a session based on your current state, whether you are dealing with stress, chronic pain, or just a need to recharge. - **A Culture of Hospitality:** We are proud to be a space where global professionals and local residents alike feel at home. Our team has even been known to open the salon on our weekly off for special guest needs—that is the level of commitment we have to Indian hospitality. - **Award-Winning Standards:** Our 'Excellency in Innovation' award is not just a plaque on the wall. It is validation that our blend of modern wellness needs and ancient Ayurvedic solutions is working. It pushes us to keep doing what we do best—providing chemical-free, effective, and soul-soothing care. Whether you are coming in for a simple foot massage or a deep-tissue Potli therapy, you can rest assured that the person treating you cares as much about your long-term health as you do. We invite you to experience the difference that a dedicated, cohesive team makes. ## About Swa I am Gayathri, and Swã is my way of bringing the wisdom of our ancestors into modern Bangalore. I handpick and train every therapist here because I believe true Ayurvedic healing requires a personal, nurturing touch that you just cannot automate.
