## Meet your expert

### My story

We’re Svamitva Architecture Studio, or just SAS if you like it short. For us, design starts with a question, not a sketch. Who’s this space for? What’s its real purpose? Our principal architect, Akshay, keeps reminding us—good design isn’t just about lines on paper, it’s about what matters to people. We’re a team, always bouncing ideas, arguing over details, making sure every space feels like it belongs to someone. That’s our thing.

### My work

- **What We Do**: We design architecture, interiors, urban spaces, landscapes, and even products across Bangalore, Solapur, Bijapur, Gulbarga, Pune.
- **How We Work**: We start with discovery—listening, digging deep into your vision, then shaping it into sculptural apartment interiors or refined commercial spaces.
- **Our Style**: Clean lines, calm neutral tones, warm wood finishes, and a love for nature-inspired landscape design. We keep it simple, but never boring.
- **All Kinds of Projects**: From cozy homes to lively clubhouses, new builds or renovations, we’re about spaces that actually last and feel good.
- **Details Matter**: We fuss over micro-cement detailing, how light falls, and the feel of materials. Good design shouldn’t scream, just stay with you.
