If a child or an adult I am coaching feels resistance, we pivot immediately. Whether it is in a 1:1 life coaching session or a pottery class, I have found that throwing out the planned structure to address what is actually happening in the moment leads to much deeper, more authentic results. At Svadhyaya, our philosophy is not just a tagline. It is how we operate every day in our Jayanagar center. When I started this space, I wanted an environment where curiosity held more weight than judgment and where wonder felt safer than shame. ### Coaching and Connection In my 1:1 life coaching sessions, I use inquiry-based methods and Indian music therapy to help you find your own answers rather than giving you a manual. We are not here for quick fixes; we are here for honest, sometimes messy, exploration of your life path. We lean into positive psychology, focusing on what is strong within you rather than what is wrong. ### Workshops for Growth Our workshops for teens and parents are equally grounded in these beliefs.
