Unlike standard fixed walls, this allows us to adjust the gradient in minutes, shifting from a gentle 90-degree slope for beginners to a steep, challenging overhang for more experienced climbers. Whether you are booking a self-practice pass or joining a guided coaching session, this adaptability ensures you are always climbing at a level that builds your confidence rather than just exhausting your grip. ### Why We Are Different We don't call this a gym because it doesn't feel like one. Located in the heart of Jayanagar, our space is an open-air terrace setup meant to foster curiosity. We focus on the process of problem-solving, route reading, and body positioning. If you are a parent looking for sessions for your child, our facilitator Nikhil creates a space where kids feel safe to be brave and adventurous. If you are an adult, you can choose between autonomous self-practice passes or structured coaching programs with Akshay that dive into technical footwork and climbing safety. ### Transitioning to Real Rock Many of our members start on our hydraulic wall and eventually want to take their skills to actual rock faces. We actively bridge this gap. We provide the fundamental training, gear familiarity, and safety knowledge required for outdoor bouldering. When you are ready, we help organize trips to local rock faces like Avathi Hills, allowing you to test your progress in a natural environment with a community that supports your growth. ### Our Approach to Learning We prioritize exploration over perfection. You will find that our sessions are not about following a rigid manual, but about responding to what the wall offers you today. Our community is built on mutual support, whether you are trying your first boulder problem or working on dynamic moves. We invite you to join us, find your rhythm, and see where the climb takes you. ## About Svadhyaya I started Svadhyaya because I wanted a space where kids and adults could learn side by side, away from rigid rules.
