When you book us, you get Harshit and me personally involved in every setup, whether it's a 6 a.m. load-in or a midnight installation. We believe the magic lies in those final, tiring hours, ensuring every neon sign is perfectly aligned and the balloon arch sits just right so you can focus on enjoying your moment. We started Surprise Sutra because we didn't want a boring desk job. For us, this isn't just work, it's a 24x7 life. We're the ones waking up at dawn to load trucks and staying up until midnight to perfect the last balloon garland. It is not always easy—jitna bhi try karo life mein kuch na kuch toh chhootega hi (no matter how much you try, you'll always miss something)—but we make sure your celebration is never one of them. Our process is simple: we handle the chaos so you don't have to. From branding your event with custom acrylic cutouts to ensuring your venue decor flows perfectly, we stay hands-on. We have had the honor of decorating for everyone, from respected figures like Kiran Bedi to top influencers in the city, but the real highlight remains the same: seeing a client smile. When we get a good review or see a happy face, aur wahin bas sab kuch worth it ho gaya (and right there, everything becomes worth it). We treat our clients like family because that's how we want our own events to be handled. Whether you need a branded backdrop for a product launch or a theme for a baby shower, we bring the same energy and attention to detail. We are grateful for every milestone we have hit in these past 6 years, and we are ready to bring that same dedication to your next event. ## About Surprise Sutra I'm Shagun, and alongside my husband Harshit, I run Surprise Sutra. We aren't just event decorators; we're the ones waking up at dawn and staying up late to make sure your space looks exactly how you imagined. Every celebration we style feels personal to us because we're building this for you.
