Whether it’s a custom 8x8ft branded panel or a sunglass station, our goal is to create that one corner where every guest stops for a selfie. It’s all about color-matching your brand palette and making sure the logo looks sharp, not just pasted on. When we walk into a venue, we’re looking at it through the lens of a guest. Our setups, like the ones you see here for Wishlink or Flipkart, are designed to solve the problem of making a space look 'event-ready' without it feeling cold or corporate. We mix professional branding with organic balloon styling to create that look that brands love. Our process is simple: we handle the logistics so you don't have to. From the midnight truck loadings in Delhi to the early morning setups in Gurugram, Harshit and I are usually right there, hand-placing the last balloon. We specialize in hard-panel backdrops that don't wobble or wrinkle, custom neon signage, and interactive elements like our flower bars that keep guests engaged long after they arrive. If you're planning a media brunch, a product launch, or a creator pop-up, you want decor that works as hard as you do. We bring the disco balls, the branded signage, and the attention to detail that turns a standard corporate meetup into a vibrant social event. ## About Surprise Sutra I’m Shagun, and along with my husband Harshit, I run Surprise Sutra. We aren’t a big, cold agency; we’re a small team that treats every single event like it’s our own milestone. If we’re setting up your event, you can bet we’re there personally, coffee in hand, making sure every balloon and neon sign is perfectly in place.
