We handle the transport, installation, and the messy teardown phase so your team isn't stuck managing heavy equipment after the event ends. ### More Than Just a Backdrop Your event's visual identity matters. Whether it's a high-energy brand pop-up or an influencer brunch, we know you need a setup that is not just pretty, but functional. We design zones that manage crowd flow while keeping your brand front and center. ### Our Technical Approach We don't do flimsy setups. Here is what you get with a Signature Brand Backdrop: * **Hardware:** 8ft x 8ft hard-panel (MDF or Sunboard) backdrops with a clean, matte paint finish. * **Customization:** We shape panels (arched, wavy, or rectangle) to match your brand palette. * **Signage:** Custom acrylic 3D cutouts or Neon-Flex logos up to 3ft wide. * **Balloon Art:** 12 running feet of organic styling using premium chrome or double-stuffed latex balloons. ### The Logistics We operate across Delhi-NCR and treat your event like our own. Our specialized team arrives early, sets up, and stays on top of the details. After the event, we handle the teardown, leaving the venue exactly as we found it. No drama, no logistics stress for you. Just a clean, professional finish that looks amazing on social media. ## About Surprise Sutra I'm Shagun, and I run Surprise Sutra with my husband, Harshit. We treat every brand backdrop like it's for our own event because, honestly, we’re the ones sweating the details to make sure your logo looks perfect. We live for that moment when the setup is ready and the chaos turns into a vibe.
