Whether you are transforming a cozy living room for a jungle adventure or setting up a dramatic shimmer wall in a banquet hall, we ensure the decor size and balloon density are perfectly scaled for your specific space, so your setup looks intentional and never cramped. We believe every birthday should feel like a personal story, not a generic template from a catalogue. When we plan a themed birthday party in Delhi, we don't just stick up a few balloons; we curate an entire environment to match your child's personality. For instance, if you want a hot air balloon theme for a first birthday, we don't just use one arch. We use layered blue backdrops and floating bubble balloons to create the depth of a sky, ensuring the setup looks right from every angle in your photos. We handle the entire execution, from the marquee lights and custom foam board cutouts to the precise shade of pastel balloons that tie the whole look together. Whether it’s a whimsical unicorn fairytale, a groovy daisy garden, or a 14th birthday spooky Halloween bash, we tailor our 8x8 ft shimmer walls and character cutouts to make the theme pop. Operating across Delhi-NCR, we’ve learned how to work with every type of venue, from residential homes in Dwarka to spacious banquet halls in South Delhi. We focus on zero-damage installations using high-quality command hooks and masking tape, so you don't have to worry about your walls. It is not just about the big structures. It is the small details—the custom signage, the way the LED neon glows, and the unique photo memory boards—that turn a simple party into a core memory. Let us take the stress of the setup so you can focus on the celebration. ## About Surprise Sutra We are Shagun and Harshit, the team behind Surprise Sutra. We don’t treat your child's birthday as just another booking; we treat it like we’re throwing a party for our own family. We live for the creative chaos of setting up themes that make everyone stop and stare.
