I handle the logistics, like carrying pallet tables and cushions to your terrace, so you don't have to worry about the heavy lifting. My goal is to make the space look intentional, not just like furniture scattered on a roof. When you book my Rooftop Cabana & Low Seating Picnic setup, you get a complete look that includes pallet tables, mattress-style floor seating, and fresh flowers. I use fairy lights and LED candles to manage the lighting, which is crucial for outdoor evening events in Delhi. Here is how I approach these setups: * **Practical Logistics:** I include the labor for carrying furniture up to the second floor. If your venue is higher or has limited lift access, let me know when we chat so I can plan the team accordingly. * **Quality Details:** I use fresh roses, carnations, and gypsy flowers for centerpieces, not just artificial fillers. The tables come set with actual ceramic plates and napkins for up to 6 people, making it feel like a real dining experience rather than a prop setup. * **Weather and Wind:** Since I work across Delhi NCR, I know that wind is the biggest enemy of a terrace party. I secure the balloons and light decor properly so they stay put throughout your event. If you need more than just the setup, I can also arrange a DJ, anchor, or kids' entertainment to go along with your garden party. You do not need to juggle multiple vendors; I can handle the full event coordination. Please note that I need 2-3 hours for installation, so plan your booking time accordingly. ## About Surprise Balloon Decoration I am the person behind the decor, and I do not do 'fancy' if it does not fit your space. I focus on making your terrace or garden look properly set up for a celebration without making it feel cluttered or fake.
