For these balloon rings and arches, I usually need about 2 hours to inflate and style on-site, so please ensure I have access to your space well before the party starts. ### Choosing Your Setup When picking a balloon structure, consider your venue size. A 6ft iron ring backdrop is great for smaller indoor spaces or living rooms. If you have a larger hall or outdoor area, I recommend an 8x8ft custom printed backdrop with a semi-arch, which provides better scale for group photos. ### Customization & Details - **Rings & Arches:** These come with a mix of matte and chrome balloons to get that high-shine finish. I include generic 'Happy Birthday' neon signs or can work with marquee lights if you need a specific age highlighted. - **Personalization:** For the larger backdrops, I can print custom flex banners with names and themes. If you have a specific color palette or theme in mind, let me know when you book so I can source the right balloon shades. ### Practical Information - **Logistics:** Transport is included for a 5-7km radius around my Ashok Vihar office. For distances beyond that, we can discuss transport costs. - **Setup Time:** I generally require 1.5 to 3 hours depending on how complex the design is. I handle the teardown for rental items like frames, neon signs, and cake pedestals the next day. I want your party to look as good in real life as it does in your head, so I will always tell you upfront if a specific theme isn't feasible for your space. ## About Surprise Balloon Decoration I run Surprise Balloon Decoration out of Ashok Vihar. I don't believe in fake promises or edited stock photos; if you see a balloon ring or a shimmer wall in my pictures, that is exactly how I will set it up for your party.
