Whether you are joining us for daily fitness sessions or the 200-hour teacher training course, this space is designed to be a clean, positive hub where you can focus on your breath and alignment without distraction. ### Why Practice Here? - **Small Batches:** Unlike large commercial classes, I keep our intake limited to 5-10 students. This ensures I can provide personal attention to every individual, helping you avoid injuries and actually learn the technique. - **Inclusive Atmosphere:** You will find a community here. We have a mix of regular yoga, power yoga, and meditation sessions. It is common to see students helping each other or sharing a laugh after a tough session. - **Practical Setup:** We are located conveniently in Paschim Vihar. The gym setting allows us to use varied equipment for strength-based yoga variations, keeping the practice challenging but accessible. ### Your Training Experience If you are here for the 200-hour Teacher Training, you will be in this same space for two months. As I always say, 'dheere-dheere' we will build your practice together.
