Whether it is your living room, terrace, or even a parking garage, I create a dedicated space for your practice. Here is how I get your environment ready for our session. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A quick peek at the setup before a class begins. I can conduct sessions anywhere, even in a parking garage. All you need is a mat and the willingness to start.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/ea67c34e-de19-4a7b-95d9-33e8cd2bc3f9) ## About Getting Ready for Class People often ask if they need a big studio to start their yoga journey. Look at these photos. I have set up mats in basements, parking areas, and small rooms just as easily. All you need is a little space and the intent to start. I bring the mats, blocks, and straps. You just show up, and we begin the work. Yoga se he hoga—that is my core belief. You do not need a fancy gym membership or a massive studio to start your wellness journey. Many of my clients in Delhi are busy professionals who struggle to find time for a commute. That is why I bring the practice to your doorstep. When we plan a session at your home, I ensure the environment is ready for deep work: - Space adaptation: I have conducted classes in living rooms, balconies, and even basement parking areas. I adapt to your available space without making excuses. - Essential props: I carry the yoga mats, blocks, and straps required for correct alignment and safety. You do not need to buy anything to begin. - Distraction-free zones: Yoga is about silencing the noise outside to hear the voice inside. I help you create that pocket of peace, even if it is just for an hour. Whether you are struggling with chronic back pain, cervical issues, or just the stress of a daily desk job, my focus remains on therapeutic correction. I do not just teach poses. I guide you through a routine meant to fix your specific ailment. Let us stop making excuses about time or location. If you are ready, I am there. ## About Suraj Gupta I am Suraj.
