We set up tournaments like the NJ Trophy and Disha Premier League to feel like a pro series, complete with 3-camera YouTube streaming so family back in Mumbai can catch the action live, plus DJs to keep the energy high. It is a real-world chance for U-14 and U-16 players to feel the pressure and the thrill of a tournament atmosphere without losing the fun. We believe that to improve, you have to face actual competition on different grounds. Moving from practice nets to lush green turf wickets in places like Lonavala or Goa changes everything for a player. Whether it is a T20 clash or a 50-over test of patience, our events focus on giving every kid a fair chance to play. We handle the logistical headache—bus travel from Chembur, bungalow stays, and meals—so parents can relax and players can focus on their game. You will find official umpires, scorers, and standard tournament rules across our series. It is not just about holding the trophy. It is about the team huddles, the post-match talks, and learning to respect the opposition. When the boys walk onto the pitch in their custom jerseys for a cap presentation ceremony, they finally realize what being a competitive cricketer feels like. We keep the vibe casual, but the learning is professional. ## About Supreme Cricket Academy We are Joyson and Swanand, and we started this academy because we live and breathe cricket. We run these tours to give kids the kind of real-world exposure we wish we had growing up. It is not just about finding the next star; it is about raising good human beings who know how to play hard and stay humble.
