Every athlete here, whether U-15 or international level, undergoes mandatory musculoskeletal screening and receives personalized strength and conditioning plans, ensuring the intensity of our 6-day training schedule builds champions instead of causing injuries. ### Our Training Environment At Sunrise Shuttlers, our residential facility in Sector 104, Noida, is built for athletes who view badminton as more than a hobby. Our high-performance program is designed for serious players aiming for state, national, and international rankings. We combine high-volume court sessions with specialized off-court conditioning to ensure our athletes are tournament-ready. ### The 'Together We Excel' Philosophy Our motto is not just a slogan; it is the foundation of our academy. We believe success requires a tripod of athlete, parents, and coaching staff. When a student earns a medal, it is a win for the entire family. This culture of mutual support allows us to maintain the intensity required for competitive badminton while keeping athletes motivated and grounded. ### Science-Based Development We avoid the trap of generic drills. Our training is grounded in biomechanics and athletic science: - **Fitness Assessment:** Every player begins with a full fitness and MSK (musculoskeletal) check. - **Strength & Conditioning:** Daily off-court sessions in our functional gym focus on power, speed, and agility. - **Tactical Roadmap:** We use video analysis and tactical planning to prepare for specific ranking tournaments. - **Injury Prevention:** With in-house physio support and rotational sparring against international coaches, we prioritize long-term athletic health over short-term gains. Whether you are joining our residential program with full boarding or enrolling for professional non-residential coaching, you are entering a community that is consistently producing podium finishers across India. We invite athletes who are ready to work hard, stay disciplined, and grow as part of a team that knows exactly what it takes to reach the pinnacle. ## About Sunrise Shuttlers We are a tight-knit community of athletes, coaches, and parents driven by one goal: excellence. Our academy is a residential home where discipline and togetherness guide every training session, ensuring no athlete stands alone on their journey to the podium.
