Every medal displayed here is the result of a rigorous, science-based training cycle that integrates technical badminton drills with dedicated strength and conditioning. Our athletes undergo periodic musculoskeletal screenings and performance benchmarking, ensuring they are not just playing more, but playing smarter and staying injury-free while competing at state and national levels. ### Building Champions, One Match at a Time Success at Sunrise Shuttlers is not a coincidence; it is a byproduct of our systematic, results-driven approach. Since 2021, our students have secured over 200 medals across district, state, and national tournaments. We believe that for a player to truly excel, they need more than just a court and a racket—they need a structure that prioritizes their long-term development. ### The Science Behind the Performance Our competitive program is built on three pillars: * **Integrated Strength & Conditioning:** A powerful game starts with a strong body. Our athletes follow routines that include plyometrics, agility ladder drills, and weight training, guided by onsite physios to minimize the risk of injury during intense match play. * **Technical Precision:** Whether a student is preparing for a U-13 state meet or a national U-17 selection trial, our coaches focus on multi-shuttle feeds, footwork refinement, and tactical strategy sessions to sharpen match-play consistency. * **Competitive Exposure:** We don't just train in isolation. We prioritize selection trials, CBSE cluster events, and all-India ranking tournaments to give our players the real-world pressure needed to succeed. ### A Family That Wins Together We operate with the belief that 'Together we Excel'. When one of our players—like Anmol Kharb or Harshit Malik—steps onto a national podium, it is a win for the entire academy, including the mentors, the dedicated support staff, and the families who drive their children to training every evening. If you are looking for a program that treats your athletic journey with the same seriousness and support as our current champions, we are ready to help you reach that next level. ## About Sunrise Shuttlers We are a loud, cheering family that happens to run a serious badminton academy. We don't just teach shots; we build confident athletes by mixing technical drills with solid fitness routines, making sure every student gets the attention they need to thrive, whether they are just starting out or chasing a national title.
