We do not just correct your grip or footwork. We provide the strategic mentorship needed to transition from recreational play to competitive match-readiness, backed by regular sessions with national-level legends who visit to share their expertise. ### NIS-Certified Expertise At Sunrise Shuttlers, we believe that technique is the foundation of every great player. Our coaching staff includes professionals with NIS diplomas, ensuring that every session is rooted in proven athletic principles. We move beyond basic drills. Our coaches analyze your game to identify mechanical flaws, providing specific corrections to ensure you play efficiently and injury-free. ### The Mentorship Culture We do not operate in a silo. A core part of our training is the exposure our students get to the broader badminton community. We regularly host national coaches and experts, such as Mr. Vijaydeep Singh Nita, to lead mentorship sessions. This gives our students access to insights on match strategy, mental toughness, and professional gameplay that they would not find in standard training environments. ### Science-Based Development Our High-Performance Director, Dr. Kusumm Singh, leads our training philosophy, ensuring that we integrate fitness with skill. We do not just put players on a court and ask them to hit shuttles. We combine strength and conditioning, plyometrics, and regular fitness assessments to build the physical capacity required for badminton. Whether you are a beginner learning the basics or an intermediate player preparing for district tournaments, our team provides the structure you need to improve consistently. ## About Sunrise Shuttlers At Sunrise Shuttlers, we are a collective of NIS-certified coaches, physios, and high-performance directors working as one family.
