You are investing in civil structure and safety. My crew doesn't just drill holes. We use heavy-duty GI channels, chemical earthing for protection against lightning, and 300mm civil pedestals that hold up against Delhi's stormy weather. Every cable is UV-resistant, and we test every connection thoroughly before switching your system on. A solar plant is a long-term commitment, and my process keeps it 'bilkul tension free'. It all starts with your electricity bill. I analyze your current consumption to suggest the exact kilowatt size you need, not just what I have in stock. ### Civil Work and Stability Before a single panel goes up, I ensure your roof can handle it. Whether it is a standard GI structure or a heavy-duty steel high-rise setup, we use 80-micron zinc-coated channels to prevent rust. We pour concrete pedestals, not just loose bricks, to make sure your plant stays put during heavy monsoons. ### Electrical Safety Standards This is where many cut corners, but I don't. We install chemical earthing pits for the inverter, panels, and lightning protection. If there is a power surge, your system stays safe. We use ACDB and DCDB boxes with MCBs and surge protection to isolate the system during faults. ### The Regulatory Paperwork The process for net metering and PM Surya Ghar subsidy can be a headache. I handle the liaisoning with DISCOMs. From the initial registration to the final grid connection, my team stays on top of it. ### Why this approach matters I don't leave once the installation is done. You get WiFi monitoring, AMC options, and regular cleaning visits.
