Understanding scoring criteria isn't just about avoiding penalties—it's about knowing exactly when to commit to a strike to win the point, a skill that changes the game entirely when you are competing at the state or national level. My role goes beyond the role of a standard instructor because I have seen the sport from every angle—as an athlete fighting for the nation, a coach shaping talent, and a judge enforcing WKF rules. ### The Competitive Advantage Training with someone who actively participates in the technical committee gives you a massive advantage. You aren't just learning how to punch and kick; you are learning the nuances of point-scoring, timing, and how to stay composed under the pressure of live competition. Whether we are training at the 99 Martial Arts Hub in Delhi or the SAI STC in Shillong, the objective remains the same: to turn training hours into tournament results. ### What I Bring to Your Training * **Judge's Insight:** I explain exactly what officials look for, which helps you adjust your posture and engagement strategies during kumite. * **WKF Standards:** All sparring drills are aligned with World Karate Federation rules, ensuring your skills are tournament-ready. * **Strategic Preparation:** I provide video analysis of your sparring sessions to fix biomechanical errors before they become habits. * **Elite Mentorship:** I work with athletes who are serious about SAI selection trials and KIO national events. This is for those who are ready to put in the work. If you are looking for shortcuts, you won't find them here. But if you are ready to put in the hours, I am here to ensure that every drop of sweat counts toward your growth as a champion. ## About Sunil Rathee I’m Sunil.
